Get answers to common questions about Basic Pedicure.
Typically 30 to 45 minutes, depending on nail shaping and callus smoothing. If you select an intricate polish or require extra care, appointments may run longer. Please arrive five minutes early so we can start promptly and ensure a relaxed treatment.
Clients with diabetes should consult their physician before booking. We can perform a gentle Basic Pedicure if medical clearance is provided, but some foot conditions require a medical pedicure. Please disclose health concerns when booking so we can accommodate safely.
We use salon-grade foot soaks, gentle exfoliants and pumice for callus smoothing, sterile tools, antiseptic solutions, and hydrating lotions. Polishes are high-quality, chip-resistant brands with vegan and hypoallergenic options available. Tell us any allergies and we’ll select suitable products.
For most clients, scheduling every four to six weeks maintains soft skin and healthy nails. If you have heavy calluses or frequent polish changes, appointments every three to four weeks may be better. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule during your visit.
Yes — choose from our curated polish collection, including seasonal and classic shades. If you prefer, bring your own polish (we recommend labeled bottles). Gel or shellac services are separate upgrades; let your technician know if you’d like a longer-lasting finish.
Arrive five minutes early and remove any existing nail polish if possible to speed service. Bring health notes for foot concerns or allergies. Wear sandals or open-toed shoes for comfort. Avoid heavy lotions on the day of your appointment for better polish adhesion.
